It's happening at #CSJC! - INSEP Performance Department - Cohesion stay

It's happening at #CSJC! -  In partnership with the ARDI Association and the Corsica Tourism Agency, the CSJC hosted, in March, the INSEP Performance Pole as part of a cohesion stay with a program rich in emotions and sensations. Indeed, this group worked on the theme of cohesion through experiential learning. Thus, these three days were broken down into several situations likely to promote team cohesion: a bivouac in the natural environment and various applications to work on this cohesion. The purpose of this method is to relaunch the collective dynamic to improve group work. This stay ended with the discovery of our territory through a heritage visit and a cultural evening. These exchanges have made it possible to promote the link between sporting activity and the island's heritage, but also to highlight outdoor sports. #visitcorsica #ARDI
